What we collect
When you request or book a detail we collect your name, mobile number, email if you give one, vehicle details, the service address, and any notes you add. If you pay a deposit online, payment is handled by our payment processor and we never see your full card number.
How we use it
To schedule and perform your detail, confirm and remind you about appointments, follow up afterward, and, if you opted in, send occasional offers. We don't sell your information.
Text messages
We send texts only to people who opted in. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Full details are in our text message terms.
Who we share with
Service providers that run our website, database, text messaging, and payments, and only as needed to provide the service. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
